Quantum Healing Hypnosis is where you can either come to Sumner, Iowa in person or be anywhere in the world and do the session via an online Zoom Meeting. These sessions are simply where you go into a relaxed state into a theta brainwave state where it can be likened to a guided daydream where we use visualization techniques. It doesn't have to be in a deep trance that most people think of, we simply go into this state throughout the day similar to when you are driving a car and begin drifting off or day dreaming.  Its a natural part of our processing we use every day to access our inner being. In these sessions we connect to your subconscious and Higher self or Greater soul by simply taking you into a relaxed state. These sessions can be life changing and can help you heal unresolved issues whether these are physical, emotional, mental or spiritual.  In these sessions we may also discover things like your soul purpose, who you were in past lives, what type of limiting beliefs may be holding you back from your full potential, why you have certain fears, why you are suffering from a particular ailment, receive DNA and Energy upgrades, explore and learn about our inner wisdom, release old wounds, find out who your guides are, and on and on.  The options are endless.  We can even do several sessions for deep exploration and healing for one's soul.
